A Special Bridge
The Seventeen-arch Bridge is one of the largest bridges in the Summer Palace.It's a special bridge.All the inscriptions(题字)on the bridge are written by Emperor Qianlong.The bridge is one hundred and fifty meters long and its wide is eight meters,consists of 17 volume(卷)holes.From the distance(在远处),it looks like a long rainbow across the blue waves.
The bridge stone carving(雕刻)is extremely beautiful.There are many lions on it.These lions look different.There are five hundred and forty-four lions in total.The bridge has two beast(野兽)on it,and they are like Chinese dragon,which is very powerful.
