（2）在2017年1月1日12月31日期间，经市职保中心认定的本市二三级医院、外省市三级医院及市职保中心认可的其他医院首次确诊（首次确诊日期必须在工会会员专享基本保障有效期内）患有以下十二类重大疾病并经住院治疗者：

8.良性脑肿瘤；

8. Benign brain tumor;

9.心脏瓣膜手术；

9. Heart valve surgery;

10.严重Ⅲ度烧伤；

10. Serious third-degree burn;

11.重型再生障碍性贫血；

12.主动脉手术。慰问金额有多少对符合条件的大病职工给予一次性慰问金1000元。一个年度内申请人患以上十二类重大疾病中所指的一类以上重大疾病，慰问金只发放其中一类疾病，即一个年度内最高发放金额为1000元。

12. Aortic surgery. What is the amount of condolence? A one-time condolence fund of 1000 yuan will be given to the eligible seriously ill employees.
