四个月零八天前我对招商**一见钟情。在学校上学的时候，我有一个梦想，就是能够去一家这样的单位工作：企业发展迅速，有前途；管理规范，有远见；员工努力，有**。

Four months and 8 days ago,I fell in love with China Merchants Bank at the first sight.When I was at college,I had a dream that I could work in a unit such like this,the company developed rapidly,which had a bright prospect,standardized management,and foresight.Her employees worked hard and with ardour.

就是迈入招商**桐柏路支行的那一刹那，我的梦想瞬间由抽象变得具体：从顾客那一张张笑脸我中看到了招行的前途，从大厅环境布置和有条不紊的业务流程中我看到了规范的管理，从服务态度中我看到了员工的敬业。

At the moment when I entered her subbranch in Tongbo Road,my dream became concrete which was abstract before.I saw her future from every **iling face of her client,I saw her standardized management from the settings of her hall and its ruly operation flow,and I saw her employees' commitment from their service manner.

接下来我对招商**的了解逐渐深入。招商**是一个发展迅速的年轻公司，从蛇口走向全国，她仅用了20年的时间；招商**还被多次评为最具竞争力的**和最受消费者欢迎的**；我所在的桐柏路支行更是曾经代表了河南**业服务的最高水平去北京领奖。

And next,I acquainted myself with China Merchants Bank deeper and deeper.She is a young company which develops rapidly,the time for her development from Sheko to China is only 20 years.She has been elected as the most competitive bank and customers' most popular bank for many times.The subbranch in which I work in Tongbo Road had even delegated the toppest level of bank service in Henan to receive prize in Beijing.

能够在这样一个**工作我真的感觉非常自豪。最令我着迷的是招商**的企业文化，她不急功近利，把力创股市蓝筹打造百年招银作为自己的企业愿景，在处理员工、企业和股东的关系这个问题上她始终把员工放在第一位，认为在服务业只有满意的员工才有满意的顾客，进而实现企业的利润并未股东带来投资价值，这和我一直以来的观念完全吻合。

I am very proud that I can work in such a bank.What strikes me most is her corporation culture,she is not eager for quick success and instant benefit,she looks setting up a stock blueprint and creating a centennial bank as her perspective.She always puts her empoyees above all when treating the relation of employees,corporation,and shareholders.She thinks that if her employees are satisfied,her clients will be satisfied in the field of service,then she can achieve profit,and bring investment value to her shareholders.This fits my concept all along well.

我越来越认为，招行就是我所期望中的，愿意为之奋斗的企业，如果说四个月前我对招行一见钟情的话，通过这么长时间的了解，我已经愿意和她厮守终生了！

I have increasingly thought that,China Merchants Bank is my expective corporation in which I am willing to strive for.If I fall in love with her at the first sight four months ago,then I would like to string along with her with all my life after such a long time of acquaintance.
