My Best Friend
I have a best friend named Lily. We have been friends for six years since we met in the first grade. She is a kind-hearted and considerate girl who always cares about others.
Lily is very intelligent and good at studying. Whenever I have difficulties in my studies, she is always willing to help me. She explains the problem patiently and encourages me to overcome it. Thanks to her, I have made great progress in my academic performance.
Besides studying, we also share many hobbies and interests. We both enjoy playing basketball and often play together after school. We also like reading novels, watching movies and listening to music. Whenever we have free time, we will share our favorite books, movies and songs with each other.
