The Importance of Learning English
As a middle school student, I believe that learning English is of great importance. Firstly, English is the international language, which means that we can communicate with people from different countries and cultures if we know English. Secondly, English is widely used in many fields such as science, technology, and business. If we want to be successful in these fields, we need to have a good command of English. Thirdly, learning English can broaden our horizons and enrich our knowledge. We can read English books, watch English movies, and listen to English songs to learn about different cultures and ways of thinking.
