As a third-year junior high school student, I have experienced a lot of changes and growth. Looking back on the past three years, I can clearly see my growth process.
In the beginning, I was a timid and introverted student, afraid to speak in public and unwilling to participate in group activities. However, with the encouragement of my teachers and clas**ates, I gradually overcame my fear and began to participate actively in classroom discussions and group work.

In addition, I used to be lazy and easily distracted. I didn't have a good study habit and often procrastinated. But as I entered my second year of junior high school, I realized that I needed to change. I started to make a study plan and stick to it, and I also learned how to manage my time effectively. As a result, my grades improved significantly.
Furthermore, I used to be self-centered and insensitive to others' feelings. But as I interacted more with my clas**ates and teachers, I began to understand the importance of empathy and communication. I learned how to listen to others' opinions and respect their feelings.
