;已经去了新加坡的童鞋们，真的想申请国籍，其实很简单，DIY即可。86从网上找来了一篇DIY的攻略，供参考。

整理一下步骤，希望大家补充：

1。递交申请 - ICA (1到2小时，建议直接去ICA柜台办理;此时ICA网上显示Pending;具体看如下连接)

注意1：直接去柜台递交，人家收了交钱，不收不交钱;而如网上递，ICA收不收，都交钱(当然你不差钱另说);

注意2：由于我的案子是我带孩子申请，没有带齐老婆的文件，结果还得再跑一次，全部材料(原件+复印)送给ICA;所以记住，无论夫妻双方谁申请谁不申请，只要孩子申请，夫妻双方的材料(原件+复印)必须全部带上，免得再跑一趟

注意3：小房间里的工作人员查材料查得很细，查出老婆的文凭的公正书没有把其文凭上的所有内容公正完，结果我又跑一趟高法，翻译了整篇文凭;所以你要仔细看看你的公正书，别想当然国内的公正处会不出纰漏

　 　2。拿到原则批准信 ( 步骤1后大约2到6个月，ICA会寄信，Approval in principle， 此时到下一步前ICA网上还显示Pending)

3。参加公民基郑之旅三步曲( 步骤2后历时大约一个月，其中Community Sharing最难搞定，因为每月才一次：e-journey, experimental tour, community sharing; 此时到下一步前ICA网上还显示Pending;登陆如下网站预定，学习)

　 　4。拿到正式批准信(步骤3后哗锋薯大约1到2周，此时ICA网上已经显示Approved.ICA会寄信)

5。退籍-中国大使馆(1小时，无须预约，只有上午办理，注意表格内容，连接如下)

填表交进窗口后，工作人员会给张小红纸乱者，那张小红纸千万保存好，因为它是四天后取退籍证明和作废护照的唯一凭证。四天后取件时，窗口人员只认小红纸，连你的名字都不问，即从不检验身份。即别人凭那张纸也可以把你的东西取出来。真为天朝使馆工作人员的认真精神所折服。

Procedure

Applications may be made at the service counters at Passports Section, Citizen Services Centre, 3rd Storey, ICA Building. Please ensure that you have the relevant required documents. Applicants below 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

There is no need to complete any forms. Our counter staff will guide you through the application, and a personalised application will be printed for you at the counter.

Processing Time

You will be notified by post to collect your passport once it is ready. An acknowledgement card (pink card) will be mailed to you within one (1) week from the date after ICA receives your application.

Collection

You may collect your passport at the services counters at Passport Section, Citizen Services Centre, 2nd Storey, ICA Building. You are advised to collect your passport within 1 month of application. Passports not collected within 3 months of application will be cancelled and no refund of the passport fee will be given.

Note: If an applicant had submitted his/her application form in person over the counter, the applicant may come in person or authorise another person (proxy) in writing to collect the passport on his/her behalf. The proxy will need to bring along the letter authorising him/her to collect the passport, (pink) acknowledgement card and the required documents as stated in the card.

　 　7.1 取护照

**厅会在一周内发一封粉色的明信片般的通知单，说你可以在某天起，一个月内来取护照了。

如果是把申请表投进**厅的那个箱子申请的(比如我就是这样)

注意：一定要在网上预约时间去取

注意：**厅会给成人和小孩发通知书，但不在同一天!所以我只好再打**去问，才知道我孩子的也好了。在**厅二楼自动出票机前，为了拿票，我可以用临时小纸头扫描，孩子的要用学生证扫描

注意：如果不是在柜台申请护照，小孩一定要去取护照，大人不能代办!因为小朋友要按指纹。

注意：柜台人员要你出示公民证书，你哪来的公民证书?因为他不知道你是归化公民，第一次办护照，他不知道你的公民证书还在**厅某个地方锁着

注意：在拿护照时，柜台人员在给护照时，还要问你，你有没有其他国籍，不知道在这个时候为啥还要问这个问题?!

8。拿新IC

You will be required to attend a Citizenship Ceremony organized by the Group Representative Constituency (GRC) at a future date. The citizenship folder comprising Citizenship Certificate and Identity Card (if applicable) will be presented to you by the Guest-of-Honour.

这个步骤可能会等几个月，看选区的安排。我那个选区每个季度搞一次仪式。
