至于老是掉线，我想应该是那个USB modem的问题或者楼主所处的地方楼层太高或者地理位置较偏，Singtel的网络无法覆盖。如果是USB的问题倒是好说，找Singtel换一个就行了。Singtel目前mobile broadband都是用华为的modem，貌似质量比较垃圾，上次我朋友签宽带，一天连换4个modem才换到了一个能用的。如果是楼主所处地理位置较偏或者楼层的问题的话，那就惨了，要么你以后不要在家上网，去你上班或者上学的地方上网，要么你就直接搬家吧，搬到一个楼层较低或者稍微繁华一点的地方，比如靠近地铁站或者商场。不过我以前朋友有用过一个更绝的招儿，住的位置比较偏，上网老是掉线，就天天给M1 complain，每次complain，M1当月上网就是免费，我朋友一连这么投诉了3、4个月，后来貌似是M1在附近建了基站，上网速度好多了
