英语omit和ignore区别是什么？

【含义】

omit，英语单词，动词，意为“省略；遗漏；删除；疏忽”。

英[əˈmɪt]美[əˈmɪt]

ignore是一个英语单词，动词，作动词时意为“驳回诉讼；忽视；不理睬”。

英[ɪɡˈnɔː(r)]美[ɪɡˈnɔːr]

【用法】

“Omit” 相对要正式一点，表示 “有意或无心地漏掉、疏漏”。

例如，小刘的工作是确认稿件里没有遗漏内容：She edits books and makes sure nothing is omitted from the before it gets published.

ignore” 也有 “忽视” 的意思，用来表示 “明明知道却有意识地无视”，“ignore” 是及物动词，后面应直接加 “所无视的对象”。比如，“ignore me”。

例如：He keeps ignoring the dog whenever he wants to play and never feeds him on time。

【例句】

So you can omit the schemalocation.

因此您可以省略这个模式位置。

Don't omit anything.

不要遗漏任何东西。

We should not ignore him.

我们不应该无视他。

ignored和neglected的用法区别

一、具体指意不同。

1、ignore指有意忽视、不理睬。如：

Forgetting one or two **all details is one thing, but neglecting the major responsibilities of your job is something else again.

忘记一两个细节是一回事，可是忽视你工作的主要职责又是另一回事了。

2、neglect指因不留心或遗忘而疏忽，有时也指故意不予注意。如：

Don't neglect to lock the door when you leave.

你离开时，不要忘记锁门。

二、读音不同。

1、ignored的英式读法是[ɪɡ'nɔː(r)d]；美式读法是[ɪɡ'nɔːrd]。

2、neglected的英式读法是[nɪ'ɡlektɪd]；美式读法是[nɪ'ɡlektɪd]。

三、用法不同。

1、ignored

v.(动词)

1）ignore的基本意思是“不顾,忽视”,指的是有意地忽视某人或某种现象,也指忽视了比较明显的东西,甚至可指闭上眼睛不去看不想看的东西。用作及物动词,接名词或代词作宾语。可用于被动结构。

2）ignore表示“不顾，忽视”时，作及物动词，后可直接加宾语，中间不需要介词来连接。

2、neglected

v.(动词)

1）neglect用作及物动词时,可表示“疏忽,忽视,漏做”,强调对自己的职责、义务、家庭或其他应照料的事没有给予应有的注意。

2）neglect后可接名词、动名词、动词不定式作宾语。接动名词或动词不定式作宾语时,意思相差不大。
