美国地方检察官(DA)的权力,相当于中国的什么职位?
相当于中国的检察员，但有很大区别。
检察官：地区检察官（District Attorney）、州检察官（State Attorney）等也是执业律师（他们也可以跳槽去做辩护律师）。但是他们的工作是代表人民**罪犯，要通过举证、问询证人等方式在陪审团面前证明被告有罪。
权力：
美国於1870年设立了司法部，由司法部长兼任联邦总检察长，统领联邦检察官，负责在联邦案件中行使检察职能。随后各州纷纷建立了检察制度，各州有自己的检察长，负责在州内案件中行使检察职能。故在美国，检察权由司法行政机构行使，属於行政权。
