编程是编定程序的中文简称，就是让计算机代码解决某个问题，对某个计算体系规定一定的运算方式，使计算体系按照该计算方式运行，并最终得到相应结果的过程。
为了使计算机能够理解人的意图，人类就必须将需解决的问题的思路、方法和手段通过计算机能够理解的形式告诉计算机，使得计算机能够根据人的指令一步一步去工作，完成某种特定的任务。这种人和计算体系之间交流的过程就是编程。

编程就是用电脑编程语言如PY,C,C++,C#,等编写一些语句并运行来实现我想让他完成的任务，由此进一步我们可以编程编写一些小的应用，熟练之后进行二次开发。自学建议从Python语言入手开始学习，您可以上网去一些视频网站如bilibili，慕课搜索一些教学视频，有科学上网条件的可以去coursa学习国外的课程，一定不要心急，编程学习还是循序渐进的。对于英语要求不大，您输入的代码可能有一些英文单词或缩写，不过用多了就记住了，记不住也没关系上网都能查得到，等到已经对于编程非常熟练之后如果想更深入学习建议看一些国外文献、视频等，就那时候可能要英语好一些。我有个朋友英语非常差四级三百多分，但他编程非常牛，所以我觉得英语对编程用处没有特别大。求采纳，谢谢
