“更理性客观和更全面深刻的”：译成英语比较似乎显得没有对照物，也许汉语也应该考虑省掉“更”字。

“我将铭记这些缺点”我在英语译文中加上了“争取改正这些缺点”，不知道楼主是否赞同。

“扎实的人”：扎实二字用得不妥，建议改为“稳重”之类的。
