What Is Happiness?

What is happiness? Perhaps different people have different views on happiness.

Some people think that material satisfaction would bring happiness.But in fact they overlooked the fact that true happiness comes from the realization of your career/cause you persue which contributes the success of others as well as your own. Some peopole try every means to make money at the expense of others’ interest . These people harm others to benefit themselves,They think the greater sum of money they make, the happier they will be. On the contrary, some people think that spiritual satisfaction is the greatest happiness.They do everything for the people. They live, work, and sacrifice their lives for the people.

In my opinion, I believe, one’s value lies in the value of serving the people, the country and the whole societyI am sure those who make contributions, big or **all, to our country will be regarded as the happiest people,They should be recognized and respected. The point is what you can do,but not how people look on you.It is how much you contribute ,not how much you gain,I think this is the true meaing of life that everyone of us should have.

就以学英语为例吧。我们学英语时，必须学习语法、单词和短语，要理解和记住这些规则对我们来说并不难。但当我们用这些单词和规则说或写时，就发现很难用英语流利而正确地表达。相反，不断练习英语听说读写的人能用英语随意交谈。再举一个例子，一个熟练的司机能边开车边与他人交谈。学英语和开车都需要大量实践来掌握技能。

显然，实践是很重要的。若想提高你的学习和工作，就该记住良好的开端是成功的一半，行动比语言响亮，实践要有热情和兴趣，实践要有恒心和耐心，实践要有积极他度和自信心。最后同样重要的是，熟能生巧，熟能创造奇迹。

幸福是什么？也许不同的人对幸福有着不同的看法。

有人认为物质上的满足将带给人幸福，但实际上，他们忽略了这样一个事实：真正的幸福是所追求事业的实现，这种事业不仅有利于自己而且也有利于他人。有些人想尽各种办法去谋取他人的利益，损人利己。在他们看来，赚的钱越多，就越幸福。相反，有些人认为精神上的满足才是最幸福的。他们为人民做各种事情，为人民而活、而工作，甚至为人民贡献自己的生命。

在我看来，一个人的价值体现在为人民、为国家和为整个社会的服务之中。我相信那些为国家做贡献的人，无论他们的贡献是大是小，都会是最幸福的人，他们会得到人们的承认和敬佩。人生的价值是你做了些什么，而不是人们怎么看待你，是你贡献了多少，而不是你得到了多少。我认为这才是我们每个人应该具备的生命的真正意义。
