第二周 7月14日星期四晴

今天放学回来，妈妈还没做好晚饭。我坐在窗前，拿起爸爸给我新买的“小故事中的大智慧”系列丛书——《虚掩的门》。我随手一翻，一个醒目的标题映入我的眼帘——“大器之材”。我急不可耐的读了下去。

原来这个故事讲的是：信息时代的天才、微软电脑公司大亨、美国首富比尔·盖茨，上小学四年级时被推荐到学校图书馆帮忙整理图书。他聪颖好学，尽管身材瘦小，工作却十分认真。他每天来得很早，不遗余力的在书架的迷宫中穿来穿去，像个小侦探一样的把人们放错位置的图书拣出来，然后再放回它应该放的地方。后来他家要搬到附近另外一个住宅区，他也被转学离开了图书馆。可他心里老记挂着“我走了谁来整理那些站错队的书呢？”想来想去，他让妈妈又把他转回了原来的学校。他告诉图书管理员，“现在爸爸用车接送我上学，如果爸爸不带我，我就走路来。”

看完这个故事，我被比尔那做事认真的精神所感动。一个十几岁的孩子，做事如此认真，决心如此坚定，则天下无不可为之事。我想到，在许多伟大或杰出的人物身上，总有许多优于或异于常人的地方，这些都会或迟或早的在他们的生平事迹中显现出来。成名之前，这些可能被人忽视，成名之后，人们才想到了他们当初的不凡。但不管事前或事后的记录，无疑都是留给人类的一份精品。

第三周 7月21日星期四雨

在这周，最让人操心的就是3A学校的考试了。因为这期我们学习的内容太多了。奥语有许多内容不但要理解，而且还要背诵。什么《三字经》、《增广贤文》、成语接龙、古诗和词语，要理解和背诵的东西真多。为了考试能够取得好成绩，我每天晚上都在背诵、默写和复习，加上还有奥数、阅读和作文，我每天都睡得很晚很晚。

考试了。当我走进考场，拿到试卷时，我悬着的心总算落了地。题目并不难，不到半个小时我就做完了。检查了几遍，发现和改正了几个错误，就交卷了。我告诉妈妈，这次应该考得还可以。我对自己很有信心。

第四周 7月28日星期四晴

在这周里，我看了许多文章，其中有一篇叫《成功》的小故事引起了我的极大兴趣。故事讲的是发生在法国著名作家贝尔纳身上的一件有趣的事。

有一次，法国一家报纸进行有奖智力竞赛，其中有这样一道题目：如果法国最大的博物馆卢浮宫失火了，情况只允许抢救出一幅画，你会抢那一幅？

第五周 8月4日星期四晴

这一周，3A学校的第二期奥语和奥数班又开学了。开学的第一天，老师要发第一期的考卷，公布考试成绩。

上课了，老师拿着厚厚的一沓考卷走上讲台。同学们个个屏住呼吸，等待着老师宣布自己的成绩。教室里静悄悄的，60多双眼睛紧紧地盯着老师手里的那张纸，猜想着自己的分数。教室外面的走廊上，站了许多家长，他们纷纷涌向教室门口，不时地朝教室里面张望，生怕露听了自己孩子的考试成绩。

我今天选了兽族，对战人类。我让我的英雄“先知”带兵先去练级，等它练到5级，有了大魔法时才回来。这时，我移动鼠标，看了一下地图。我看见人族部队的“血魔法师”由于自不量力，在与我“金矿看守”的搏斗中严重失利。我想，这正是我进攻人族的绝好机会。于是，我点动鼠标，带着我的“步兵狼骑”、“双足飞龙”和“牛头人酋长”去攻击人族基地。“血魔法师”一看我大部队来势凶猛，为了保住基地，只好应战，结果被我一举歼灭。我方乘胜追击，拿下人族基地，取得了这次战斗的彻底胜利。

这个电脑游戏，我本来不会完。上次看小堂弟玩得十分上瘾，也慢慢学会了它。但我知道，玩电脑游戏，坚决不能上瘾，要能控制住自己。只有在写完作业后休息时玩一小会儿，千万不能因为玩游戏而影响了学习。

第七周 8月16日星期四雨

这一周的天气变化无常，一会儿晴天，闷热得人喘不过起来；一会儿下雨，下得好几天也晴不了。

今天我去上课时，晴空万里，热得使人只穿着短裤背心。可上完课走出教室，天上却下起了大雨。由于出来时没带雨伞，我和妈妈只有冒雨骑着自行车急急的往回赶。一路上，地面积水，来来往往的车辆和行人特别多，大家都好像是在急着赶路。

我和妈妈骑车走在人行道上，可公交车一辆接一辆的往前挤，谁也不给谁让路，害得我和妈妈浑身都溅满了泥水。没办法，我和妈妈只有推着自行车前进。这时，我看见人行道上的花伞一个接一个，好像一个五颜六色的花队。在我们的前面，有一个人的伞面总是朝上翘着，怎么也拉不下来。好不容易拉下来了，风一吹又上去了。远远望去，就像手里擎着一个带把的大黑锅。我感到十分好笑，路旁的人也都哈哈的地笑着。

新课程改革，是一次深刻的改革，新课改倡导全人教育，强调课程要促进每个学生身心健康的发展，培养学生良好的品质的终身学习的能力，新课改倡导建设性学习，注重科学探究的学习，关注体验性学习，提倡交流与合作、自主创新学习，课程改革的成败关键在于教师，教师是课程改革的实施者，作为教师的我必须做好充分的准备，学习新课程改革理论，更新教学观念，迎接新课改的挑战。下面简单地回顾一下我入伍以来所做的一些英语教学工作。

一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。

1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学习过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。

2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的`学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，对学生回答学习过程中的表现进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。------------教学反思《小学英语教学反思》

英语学习、英语教学越来越受到人们的普遍重视。随着时代的发展和社会的进步，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。没有掌握英语犹如缺乏一种思想，缺少了一个重要的知识源泉。可以这样说，学会英语，不但多了一双眼睛，一对耳朵，和一条舌头，甚至是多了一个头脑！因为语言是人类思维的工具，认识世界的工具，掌握一种语言也即掌握了一种观察和认识世界的方法和习惯。

从事三、五年级教学工作的我，结合日常工作中的点点滴滴，总结以下几点反思：

反思一：持续不断的语言知识，而不是玩来培养学生持久的兴趣

小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但单*唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学习语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只*模仿不培养学习能力，也难减轻学习负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。

反思二：英语应用能力需要相应的词汇。

不学习语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇，英语应用能力就是空中楼阁。(包天仁语)俄罗斯通常在初中一年级开设英语课(相当于我国的小学5年级)，每周3节课，第一学年即要求掌握约1300个英语词汇，学生到高中毕业时要掌握1万以上词汇，基本可以读懂英文原着。而我国现在对高中毕业生的要求是掌握20xx词汇(包括词组)，新研制的课程标准要求掌握4000个左右的词汇。我们应该借鉴国外的经验，尽快解决英语教学费时较多、收效较低的现状。

而目前在小学的低年级的英语教学中，不要求学生掌握词汇，而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词，其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背，鹦鹉学舌。由于小学生们没有相应的读音规则训练，不熟悉词汇的拼写规则，单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一起，因而导致了单词记忆的困难，并成了小学生学英语的瓶颈。

反思三：小学英语教师应有发展意识

一向以来，人们小学英语教师的语言知识能力要求不高，认为小学英语简单，不需要太好的语言功底，只要有良好的教学技能就可以了。其实时代在进步，社会在发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，误人子弟，而且会被时代所淘汰。

爸爸的声音是永远说不完的。有一天下午，我们一家三口坐着公交车回家，在黄山区西门那一站，爸爸突然对我们说：“我有事，赶快下车，快点。”我们还不知道是怎么回事，就跟着下去了。他向一家超市的门口走去。在超市的门口，他遇见一个朋友，就开始说起来。看着那一张一合的嘴唇，听着那没有尽头的声音，我的头都快爆炸了，就算他和夏天的知了比赛说话，知了也比不过他。我问：“你下来就是为了说话?”他说：“对呀!这是爸爸的老朋友。”

爸爸的声音是最难听的。每次到吃饭的时候，不管吃什么都会发出难听的声音，就算吃一块豆腐，都会发出“咯吱、咯吱”的声音，是他的牙齿响呢?还是豆腐响?我很奇怪。

爸爸的声音是最大的。一天晚上，我突然被像那轰隆隆的雷声给吵醒了，再仔细一听，原来是爸爸的呼噜声，他的声音好大呀!连家里的小鸟都被吵得睡不好觉。

我说这么多，是因为我想爸爸了，因为他长时间不在家，家里像缺少点什么，没有声音，一点也不热闹，很无聊。

就对老爷爷说：“老爷爷，路还远着呢。”老爷爷很着急地说：“天都快要黑了，这可怎么办啊！”看到老爷爷着急的样子，我连忙说：“老爷爷，你不用急，我会给您带路的，放心吧。”走了将近一个小时，我终于把老爷爷送回了盟城，找到老爷爷儿子的家。老爷爷一家人都很感激，他儿子激动的说：“同学，非常感谢你！”我摇摇手说：“不客气，我也要赶紧回家了。再见！”

看到老爷爷高兴的回到了家，我也很高兴。这时天已经黑了，怎么办？我还没有一个人走过这么远的路呢，没有办法只好一个人走了。我开始往家跑，一边跑一边鼓励自己说：“我不怕，我不怕。”

终于跑到家了。妈妈给我开门看到我跑的上气不接下气，连忙问我怎么回事。我把送老爷爷回家的事告诉了妈妈，妈妈摸着我的头说：“我的开泰真的长大了，是个乐于助人的好孩子了。”听了妈妈的话我自豪地笑了。
