approach

1. approach作为名词时，既可以作可数名词，也可以做不可数名词。

2. 如果其意为“进路，通路；入门，入口；途径”或“ (处理问题、完成任务的)方法，方式；手段；步骤；态度”时，它是可数名词。

如：Police are patrolling the major approach roads to the stadium.

警察正在通往运动场的主要道路上巡逻。

His approaches to the problem are wrong.

他处理这个问题的方法是错误的。

3. 如果其意为“靠近，临近，逼近；接近，走近，行近，即将来临”时，是不可数名词。

如：Our approach drove away the wild animals.

我们一走近, 野兽全都跑开了。

approach可数吗

即是可数名词，又是不可数名词，表示具体方法，途径时，为可数名词；表示接触，接近时为不可数名词。英语中这种词汇很多，eg.

experience，经验，不可数；经历，可数名词。

pleasure，高兴，不可数；愉悦的经历，可数名词。
