5）Respecting and getting along with others你大概是想说由于你……，所以同事们……。分词短语做状语是可以的，但这里，你本人和同事不是一个主体，所以不能这样组织句子，你可改为Owing to （或Due to）his well respecting and getting along with others

6)最后一句意思有点乱，建议修改为：co-workers all gave their appreciation to him who left his excellent impression in the company
