什么是孤独症？

孤独症（auti**），又称自闭症或孤独性障碍（autistic disorder）等，是广泛性发育障碍（pervasive developmental disorder，PDD）的代表性疾病。《DSM-IV-TR》将PDD分为5种：孤独性障碍、Retts综合征、童年瓦解性障碍、Asperger综合征和未特定的PDD。其中，孤独性障碍与Asperger综合征较为常见。男女比例约为3:1～4:1，男孩症状一般较女孩严重。

儿童自闭症又称孤独症，是一种较为严重的发育障碍性疾病。该病男女发病率差异显著，在我国男女患病率比例为6—9：1。其主要症状为：

1.社会交流障碍。一般表现为缺乏与他人的交流或交流技巧，与父母亲之间缺乏安全依恋关系等。

2.语言交流障碍。语言发育落后，或者在正常语言发育后出现语言倒退，或语言缺乏交流性质。

3.重复刻板行为。

4.智力异常。70%左右的孤独症儿童智力落后，但这些儿童可能在某些方面具有较强能力，20%智力在正常范围，约10%智力超常，多数患儿记忆力较好，尤其是在机械记忆方面。

5.感觉异常。表现为痛觉迟钝、对某些声音或图像特别的恐惧或喜好等。

6.其他常见行为。包括多动、注意力分散、发脾气、攻击、自伤等。
