In China, the following expenses borne by the employer or paid to employees are not wages:

(1)社会保险费;

(1) Social insurance premium;

(2)劳动保护费;

(2) Labor protection fee;

(3)福利费;

(3) Welfare expenses;

(4)解除劳动关系时支付的一次性补偿费;

(4) One-time compensation paid when the labor relationship is terminated;

(5)计划生育费用;

(5) Family planning expenses;

(6)其他不属于工资的费用。

(6) Other expenses not belonging to salary.
