交通肇事逃逸应当具备以下三个要件：

The following three elements should be met for hit-and-run:

1、交通事故当事人知道已经发生了交通事故。由于巨大噪音等客观因素的影响，当事人确不知发生了交通事故而驶离现场的，不应认定为交通肇事逃逸。

1. The party involved in the traffic accident knows that the traffic accident has occurred. Due to the influence of objective factors such as loud noise, if the party does not know that a traffic accident has occurred and drives away from the scene, it shall not be deemed as a hit-and-run.

2、交通事故当事人逃离事故现场是为了逃避法律的追究。当事人为抢救伤者、报案等目的而驶离现场的，不应认定为交通肇事逃逸。

2. The parties to the traffic accident fled the scene of the accident in order to escape the legal investigation. If a party drives away from the scene for the purpose of rescuing the injured and reporting a case, it shall not be deemed as a hit-and-run.

3、交通事故当事人已经逃离了事故现场。当事人在交通事故发生后交警到达前并未逃离，而是事后逃跑的，不应认定为交通肇事逃逸。

3. The party involved in the traffic accident has fled the scene of the accident. If the party concerned did not escape before the arrival of the traffic police after the traffic accident, but escaped after the accident, it should not be considered as a traffic accident escape.
