I found the diference of senior livingcenter retirement community in japan and U.S with chating and observing , on the otherhand ,as the diferent of the culture between western

and eastern ,the aged also have the diferent attitude of old-age and living.

In comparison, the living facilitis in america are completed ,but the Japanese considerated care the aged more careful,

the aged be respected better.

In the fresh feelings, old americans are more cheerful and happy, no matter if them are convenient in action

they would enjoy themselves more easy ,they rather take care their lives than judge anything about their children or

friends, compared know how to live without boredom.

Compared with america ,the proportion of the service personnel to take care elders in japanese nursing home is higher

the services are more fine .

Elders living in japan can get the better service than who lived in U.S. but obviously the old americans are happier than

aged in japan , independent and optimistic, they know enjoy their lives,

for example,if you ask the old americans what do they usually do ? more of them would say they are very busy ,old japanese would say they ware so boring

Confirming self-worth have no expect on children's supportion

old americans confirmed self-worth,not complain

themself and say "I am old ,I am useless "

wouldn't have the willing to die ,but in the japanese nursing home ,often heard many aged who said "it's would be the family's trouble for live too long " always say some words about death.

In addition, for the expect on the children ,actualy many differences existenced, americans are more open-minded,they regard surport children as their duty or responsibility, take care themself until die is themselves responsibility.

Just as their expected value for the support of children is almost 0,no expect ,it's a surprise for children's visit occasionally,so when their sons or grandchild visit them, for the elders it's just bonus point, looked very happy.

Otherwise,in japanese nursing home ,it's the duty for children to come to visit them,if children absente once a week ,they would be deducted points, the old japanese always say:"daughter-in-low haven't come for a week,my daughter said she would come but haven't" today,as their expect, they will upset instead,if they couldn't come as they have something should to do at that momment, elders would feel unhappy or say some negative words ,it's may be the results for their mind restrainted by the traditional conception of eastern people.
