Rule，reign 与 govern 有什么区别

一、Rule 侧重于实际的统治，有时强调绝对控制或者独裁统治，也常指外国、外族的统治，如 That country was at one time under military rule。

也可以指制定法律、做出决定、发出指令，而且必须得到遵守。因此，这个词一般指独断的权力，一般不用于民选的官员。
