可转让信用证中Assignable 和transferable L/C有何区别

信用证只有注明transferable字样，才是可以转让的，其他词语，包括assignable,divisible等都不能表示转让信用证！这点很重要，UCP500/600在转让信用证条款里都写的清清楚楚，特别是UCP600,规定言简意赅；

可转让信用证是将执行信用证权利和款项转让给第二受益人；款项让渡仅仅是信用证项下款项的转让，而执行信用证的权利还是受益人的，是不转让给任何一方的；

可转让信用证必须标注transferable才可以转让，而可让渡的信用证不需要注明assignable，也可以让渡！！！！！！

1、可转让信用证的英文是：transferableL/C；

2、在英文里面Assignable是“可让渡的”的意思；

3、UCP500第48条b款规定：b．只有开证行在信用证中明确注明"可转让"时，信用证方可转让。使用诸如："可分割"、"可分开"、"可让渡"和"可转移"之类措词，并不能使信用证成为可以转让的信用证。如已使用此类措词，可不予以置理。
