电脑的assist键是什么意思

电脑的assist按键是指一键还原键。可以快速启动VAIO Care程序，在开机前按下ASSIST键后，系统自动到系统的恢复中心，在那里可以做恢复系统，恢复C盘等等的操作。

系统文件一般都在C盘里，其他文件没有系统文件，可以放心使用。恢复系统不会影响到其他盘符，除非使用“恢复完整系统”这样全盘恢复后的系统就和刚买时的系统一样。

还有另一个途径可以进入系统恢复中心，在开始菜单中里就能找到很简单的，另一个就是开机时马上按F10键也可以进入系统恢复中心。
