首先感谢学校为我提供一次和各位同仁共同交流的机会,今天我代表高一英语课程小组谈一谈我们在教学中的一点做法,谈不上经验,更谈不上什么理论,仅供大家参考.

一年来，高一英语课程小组在学校各级领导的关怀指导下，在教导处和教研处的直接领导下，按照部署，在本学年之初制定了工作计划，具体工作思路是：以“规范、落实、推进”为主线，即规范英语教学常规工作，落实英语教师个人课堂教学改进计划，推进教育服务。我们全组同志立足岗位，团结协作，求真务实，教书育人，顺利而圆满地完成了各项教育教学任务。为把今后工作做得更好，现从以下几方面加以回顾：

一、 认真学习，转变观念，不断提高自身素质和业务能力。

教育教学改革、素质教育的实施和教育现代化工程的推进，我们英语老师在教育思想、教学方式、教学手段等方面已有了“求变”的意识、渴望和尝试，但大多处在萌芽阶段、探索阶段，英语教师积极投身课程改革，获得一些宝贵经验，通过日常教学研讨、英语教师集体互帮备课。

二、 加强教学研究，注重实效，努力提高课堂教学效益和教学质量。

1、全组教师从自己现有的实际情况和客观条件出发，深入学习《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》和《新课标》精神，根据课程改革的目标，通过不断“调适”个人的教学习惯、行为方式、角色地位、教学策略，努力使自己的教育教学行为，落实到每位学生的发展上。

2、倡导营造民主、平等、互动、合作的师生关系，在与学生交往互动、合作交流中情感交融中健全学生人格。掌握教材体系、基本内容及其内在联系，抓住主线、明确重、难点，搞清疑点，把握关键。精心设计教案，每课教案做到“七有”： 每单元有单元分析；有明确的教学目的；有具体的教学内容；有连贯而清晰的教学步骤;有启发学生积极思维的教法；有合适精当的练习；授课后及时反思本课教学的成功和失误，以便总结经验，改进教法，不断提高。

3、在制定详尽有效的计划下，高一英语组的每一位成员都充满热情，素质好，能力强，工作认真负责。教研活动中，能积极主动的提出意见和创新见解，在交流中乐于得到共同提高。

4、全组英语教师从点滴入手，了解学生的认知水平，查找资料，精心备课，努力创设宽松愉悦的学习氛围，激发兴趣，教给了学生知识，更教会了他们求知、合作、竞争，培养了学生正确的学习态度，良好的学习习惯及方法，使学生学得有趣，学得实在，确有所得，提高45分钟效益；教法切磋，学情分析，小组内交流都是大家随机教研的话题，扎扎实实做好常规工作，做好教学的每一件事，切实抓好单元过关及期中期末质量检测，真正将考试作为促进学生全面发展、促进教师提高改进教学的手段，查漏补缺，培优辅差，立足课堂，夯实双基。

三、重视校本课程的开发和利用。

外语的学习离不开气氛，我组老师有针对性地组织指导学生开展课外活动，特别是积极参加英语校本课程的学习。在高一的第二和第四学段，分别有马永兰老师，张兴田老师和本人参与了校本课程的开发和授课，选修的学生普遍反映很有收获。

四、改进与发展努力方向。

回首这一学年度的工作留下一串足迹，忙碌中也留下反思：

1、每一位教师深信 “三人同行，必有我师”。互相学习，向书本学习、向网络学习，向别科组、别的老师学习，共同协作，取长补短。

2、不拘一格，使用多种教学手段，上课形式多样生动，并多落实在平时教学中，让学生成为获益者。扎实做到课后反思、力求全面提高是每个老师的发展方向。

3.多开展英语活动，形式丰富多样，让学生增加对这门学科的爱好，更增强兴趣，也是我们努力的方向；

4.同时，扎扎实实上完每一堂课，达到教材要求的英语基本技能的落实，能面对期中、期末、质量调研检测。

5.使学生有一些实际的英语技能落实、掌握，为其进一步提高、深入学习创造好条件、打好基础，学有真正所得所知；不只会几个学生，努力面向全体学生，不到高三时尽量少两极分化，也都是我们每个教师今后也需继续做的内容之一，努力的方向之一。

一份耕耘，一份收获。教学工作苦乐相伴。我们将本着“勤学、善思、实干”的准则，一如既往，再接再厉，把工作搞得更好。
