大学英语日记:我的一天
今天是星期三,我早上七点半醒来,起床后先刷牙洗脸,然后做了早餐,吃了两片面包和一杯牛奶。我开始学习英语,为即将到来的考试做准备。我花了两个小时看了一些英文文章,做了一些题目,然后复习了一遍生词和语法。
我和几个朋友一起去了食堂,我们点了一些饭菜和饮料。我吃了一碗米饭和一份红烧肉,还有一杯奶茶。吃完饭后,我们一起去了图书馆,找了一个安静的地方,开始写论文。我写了两个小时,完成了一部分,然后决定休息一下。

我去了健身房,做了一个小时的有氧运动和力量训练。运动完后,我感觉精神振奋,身体也更加健康。回到宿舍后,我洗了个澡,然后做了晚餐。我做了一份意大利面和一份沙拉,还有一杯果汁。
我和室友一起看了一部电影,然后开始写日记。写日记让我感到很放松,也让我更好地回顾了一天的生活。我希望明天也能有一个充实的一天。
Today is Wednesday. I woke up at 7:30 in the morning, brushed my teeth and washed my face, and then made breakfast. I had two slices of bread and a glass of milk. Then, I started to study English for the upcoming exam. I spent two hours reading some English articles, doing some exercises, and reviewing vocabulary and grammar.
At noon, I went to the cafeteria with some friends. We ordered some rice dishes and drinks. I had a bowl of rice, a portion of braised pork, and a cup of milk tea. After lunch, we went to the library and found a quiet place to write our papers. I wrote for two hours and finished a part of it, then decided to take a break.
In the afternoon, I went to the gym and did an hour of aerobic exercise and strength training. After the workout, I felt refreshed and my body was healthier. Back in the dormitory, I took a shower and made dinner. I cooked a plate of spaghetti, a salad, and a glass of juice.
