Today is my first day at school. I woke up early in the morning and felt very excited. I quickly got dressed and had breakfast with my parents. Then, I packed my bag with all the things I need for school, including my books, pencil case, and water bottle.

When I arrived at school, I felt a bit nervous. However, my teacher welcomed me warmly and introduced me to my clas**ates. They were all very friendly and we quickly became friends. We played some icebreaker games to get to know each other better and I felt more comfortable.

In the morning, we had English class. We learned some new words and practiced speaking in English. I was a bit shy at first, but my teacher encouraged me and I gradually gained more confidence. Then, we had math class. We learned how to add and subtract numbers and I found it interesting.

During lunchtime, I sat with my new friends and we chatted about our hobbies and favorite foods. I had brought a sandwich and some fruit, and they shared their snacks with me too.

In the afternoon, we had art class. We learned how to draw and paint a picture of a flower. It was my favorite class of the day because I love art. I was proud of my painting and showed it to my parents when I got home.

Overall, it was a great first day at school. I learned a lot and made new friends. I am looking forward to the rest of the school year and all the new things I will learn.
