RATIO就是比率的意思

LIQUIDTY RATIO

变现能力比率,包括很多,有

现金比率=(现金+现金等价物+有价证券)/流动资产

现金与流动负债比率=(现金+现金等价物+有价证券)/流动负债

一般越高越好,但要区分行业

流动比率=流动资产/流动负债

流动比率假设全部流动资产都可以用于偿还短期债务，表明每l元流动负债有多少流动资产作为偿债的保障。

我从财务的角度考虑，应主要考虑以下指标：

1、P/E ratio:市价/每股收益

2、dividend yield：每股股利/每股市价

3、dividend cover:息税前利润/股利

作为股东来说，收益包括两方面：1、股息收益 2、股票市价升值收益。

当dividend cover 高时，说明企业获利能力较强，有长远的股价上升趋势，以后支付高股利的可能性也比较大。

当P/E ratio 尚处于低位，且每股收益较高时，一般说明市价具有上涨空间。

当每股股利较高时，要结合企业盈利情况和以往分配股利情况进行分析，一般来说，说明公司现金流量较充裕。
