但是ambiguous更偏向于有歧义的意思。

另外两个偏向于不确定。

在vague和obscure中，都有uncertain的意思。个人觉得vague包含面更广一些。

或者你可以这样来区分，vague是从拉丁语vagus，迷失的演变来的。而obscure是从古法语的obscur和拉丁语的obscurus，黑暗演变来的。现在法语中天黑还是可以用obscure。所以我觉得vague多指那种存在很多不定因素的模糊，而obscure指那种难以辨认的模糊。
