中英双语学习周记
最近我开始了一项挑战,每周至少写一篇英语周记。这个挑战的目的是帮助我提高我的英语写作能力,并且让我更加自信地与外国人交流。下面是我过去9周写的英语周记,每篇周记大约。
Week 1: My First Week in English Class
This week, I started my English class. It was a little bit difficult because I’m not used to speaking English all the time. However, I’m excited to learn more and improve my skills.
I learned a few new words this week, like “vocabulary” and “pronunciation”. I also practiced my listening and speaking skills by chatting with my clas**ates. I hope to continue to learn and improve in the coming weeks.

Week 2: My Favorite English Words
English is a beautiful language with many interesting words. This week, I learned some new words that I really like, such as “serendipity” and “effervescent”.
“Serendipity” means a happy accident or a pleasant surprise. “Effervescent” means lively or bubbly. I think these two words are very fun to say and they have a nice sound to them.
Week 3: My English Learning Routine
Learning a new language takes dedication and practice. I’ve been trying to establish a routine for my English learning to help me stay on track.
Every day, I listen to English podcasts, read English articles, and practice my speaking with my clas**ates. I also try to learn a new word or phrase every day. I think this routine is helping me make progress and feel more confident in my English skills.
Week 4: My English Pronunciation Problems
One of the biggest challenges for me in learning English is pronunciation. There are so many words that sound similar but have different meanings.
This week, I focused on practicing my pronunciation of difficult words like “thorough” and “through”. I also learned about the importance of stress and intonation in English. It’s a lot to take in, but I’m determined to keep practicing and improving.
Week 5: My Favorite English TV Show
Watching TV shows in English is a great way to improve your listening skills and learn new vocabulary. This week, I started watching a new show called “The Crown”.
“The Crown” is a historical drama about the reign of Queen Elizabeth II. I love the costumes and the acting, and it’s helping me learn more about British culture and history.
Week 6: My English Writing Practice
Writing in English is a great way to improve your grammar and sentence structure. This week, I practiced writing short essays on different topics.
I wrote about my favorite hobby, my dream vacation, and my favorite book. It was challenging to express myself in English, but I think I’m making progress. I’m excited to keep practicing and see how my writing improves over time.
Week 7: My English Speaking Test
This week, I had a speaking test in my English class. I was nervous, but I tried to stay calm and speak clearly.
The test was about describing a picture and answering questions about it. I think I did pretty well, but there’s always room for improvement. I’m looking forward to getting feedback from my teacher and practicing more for the next test.
Week 8: My English Learning Resources
There are so many resources available for learning English, it can be hard to know where to start. This week, I researched some of the best resources for improving my English skills.
I found some great websites for grammar practice, vocabulary building, and listening comprehension. I also discovered some new podcasts and TV shows to watch. I’m excited to explore these resources and see how they can help me improve.
Week 9: My English Learning Goals
As I approach the end of my English class, I’m reflecting on my goals for learning the language. I want to continue to improve my speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
I also want to be able to communicate confidently with native English speakers and understand more about their culture and perspectives. I know it will take time and practice, but I’m excited to keep learning and growing in my English language journey.
